We have some exciting major changes that we would like to announce. First of all we have brought on board a talented nutritionist Stephanie Young, that is going to be helping all of our great members and visitors with an insightful and intuitive fitness, diet and nutritional column.

During the upcoming weeks in her article she will be going over certain things like what kinds of diets help and what their effects are. What her opinions of common bad eating habits are and how you can use them to loose weight. Stephanie is a great coach and we expectantly look forward to what she will have to say. You are not going to want to miss this!


Some of the most challenging things facing us today is how to control our weight and keep our health up to par in our busy busy lives.  We barely have to time sleep let alone get on an eating plan, or starting an exercise routine.  Being fit is tough these days.  Its hard to fight agains the growing midsection.  Stephanie brings her our unique point of view on just this sort of thing.
