Tips to make you want to go to the gym

Keeping your motivation level up becomes almost impossible during stressful times and hectic schedules. A couple great tips to include in your fitness lifestyle can create a positive change inside and give you something to look forward to for tomorrow.

1.Music matters: Research proves that listening to music while you exercise will keep you pumped. By simply updating your ipod or your cd collection you can motivate and pursue yourself to go to the gym. TIP; try to save your new music for the gym.

2.Plan your workouts: Having a game plan before you hit the gym will give you peace of mind and confidence. A planned fitness routine will give you the reassurance you need to allow yourself to focus more on what you are doing rather than what you are going to do next before you leave. TIP: change your cardio routine at least every week and your weight lifting or class routine every two weeks.

3.Get Involved in your gym: most gyms offer a variety of fitness classes. Look into it and see what you might be interested in taking and don't be shy. These classes usually always have a positive energetic atmosphere and create some of the very best of friends.

4.Fitness Equipment: Buying yourself some fitness related gear is always a great treat; whether its the new bouncy running shoes or the new heart rate monitor it's always fun and something to look forward to using.
